Javad Navran grew up in Southern California, the son of immigrant parents who are a bold and shining example of the American Dream. Javad watched as his parents created and grew their restaurant franchise business from the ground up, starting with just a few employees at conception to ultimately cultivating their company into one that now employs hundreds of local community residents. Javad saw first-hand the difficulties of being an entrepreneur under California’s strict employment guidelines. He also observed just how easy it is for aspiring and accomplished businesses struggle to grasp the ever growing complexities of constantly changing employment laws while trying to stay afloat and properly run daily operations of their business.
Javad is a graduate of California State University Fullerton where he received a degree in Political Science. He attended Dale E. Fowler, Chapman School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Competition team. Since graduating from Chapman Law, Joe has fought hard in his representation of businesses of all sizes and has worked tirelessly to help them achieve their goals while ensuring legal compliance. After leaving an international law firm in Los Angeles, Joe teamed up with a West Coast employment defense specialty firm where he learned from the very best in their respective field who have helped mold him and his practice into what it is today.
